Return policy
In accordance with our return policy, products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in like new condition. After your return request has been submitted and approved, you have an additional 10 days to send the product back free of charge.
The full purchase price will be refunded if the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Always use an outer shipping box to ensure the original packaging remains undamaged.
Once your return has been received and inspected, it will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order. If payment has not yet been made, a credit invoice will be issued, and the original invoice will be canceled.

Warranty
All Beetronics products come with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to defects resulting from material or manufacturing errors, provided that the product has been used and installed according to the supplied manual and applicable specifications.
The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, incorrect installation or assembly, normal wear and tear, external causes (such as damage caused by moisture, fire, or lightning), or modifications made without the permission of Beetronics.
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Beetronics will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. The defective product must be returned to Beetronics in accordance with the applicable returns procedure.
