Monitors work best at their native resolution. If the video source provides the monitor with a signal in the native resolution, the image will automatically be displayed in focus and at full screen. Resolutions vary from monitor to monitor, and depend on the monitor size, video card, and video driver. Often the resolution can be adjusted in the operating system of the video source.

Change the aspect ratio by the on screen display menu:
If it is not possible to adjust the resolution of your video source, the image can be scaled or stretched using the aspect ratio setting in the monitor. However, this may result in a stretched and/or out of focus image.
