If you realize you have not purchased the right item within the 14 day cancellation period you have the right to return your purchase. The cancellation period starts from the moment you have received the product. Provided the item is in as new condition you can return your product free of charge using our return portal.
You can start your return request directly from the portal. You will be asked for a reason for the return and we will need your order details and contact information. One of our display experts will review your request and reach out to you within 2 hours on business days.
During office hours, we will contact you within two hours. If you have not received a reply from us within this time, please check your spam folder or contact us. A common cause of error is a typo in your email address - please check it carefully before submitting the order.
Please be sure to repackage the monitor as well as possible. Make sure the monitor and its original packaging are shipped in an outer box. Your refund is dependent on our ability to resell the monitor you are returning to us, so please ship the monitor to us in a condition that you would be happy to receive it in.
Upon receiving your monitor, we will check your return and refund you within 7 days.
